Your heart, your feelings, when you are in love, do you have any changes? What a weird question. There are many ways of thinking and variety of heart.

First there is a happy heart, which has no worries and no pressure, always relaxing. A heart which has nothing within it is the happiest heart.
Second is a broken heart, a heart whcih had broken apart into two. That does mean that you have given up on your love, no more worries on your love affairs, you have decided to stop all the things that you are doing. This is a way to get rid of sadness, dilemma or whatever problems. Meanwhile, it also means that you have given up on your lover, no more love within your heart, just as the name broken heart, which allow the knife to cut through the heart, breaks it into two, a heart which has completely broken.
The last one is a heart with a knife stabbing on it. It may sounds funny, but it really hurts. Unlike the broken heart, it means that you are not given up on your love even if it's hurt. You are enduring the pains, holding the knife, stopping it from cutting through your heart. The heart keeps bleeding, with pains and hurts. Although you are suffering, you are still holding the knife, protecting your love, not giving up. The heart is still bleeding, but are not breaking apart, unlike the broken heart, it's fill with memories. The wound is getting deeper, but you are just enduring. It really is stupid.
